Who Should Investigate MH17 Crash?
July 18, 2014
O’Neill and Associates Senior Vice President Peter Goelz along with Jim Hall, former chairman of the NTSB wrote an opinion piece for CNN on Friday saying there should be a thorough investigation of the Malaysian Crash.
The former NTSB employees said they believe The Dutch Safety Board Chairman Tjibbe Joustra would be an outstanding fit for the investigation.
Goelz and Hall said it is critical that investigators obtain possession of the cockpit voice recorder and flight data recorder, the “black box” and should begin investigating immediately, before evidence is tampered with.
